Founder

Aryeh Weiss is the Founder and Principal of Lion Citi Ventures. He is also the co-founder and President of the W Group, one of the largest owners and operators of assisted living facilities in NY, NJ, and FL. Before founding Lion Citi, Aryeh owned two prominent New York home care agencies, which were sold in 2022 to a private equity and venture capital-backed national home care agency.

Aryeh holds an MBA from Rutgers University.

Uri Rosenwasser is a Founding Managing Partner of Lion Citi Ventures. Prior to co-founding Lion Citi, Uri was an equity partner at a major NY law firm where he focused his practice in the asset management space. Uri advised managers and investors of domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital funds, and VC funds.

Uri received his undergraduate degree in economics and finance from Touro College and his JD from The George Washington University Law School, where he graduated with high honors.

Shlomo is a Managing Partner at Lion Citi Ventures and overseas its real estate investments and operations. In his role, he oversees acquisitions, deal structuring, property management, and construction operations, leveraging deep expertise in real estate investments and asset management to enhance the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining Lion Citi Ventures, Shlomo founded and managed Lev Properties where he specialized in acquiring and repositioning assets in New Jersey, Virginia and Kentucky.

Sy is the CFO of Lion Citi Ventures and has 20+ years of accounting and finance experience. His most recent experience includes 10 years as the CFO of a prominent family office with a focus in real estate acquisition and private equity investments. Prior to this, he focused on the financial services industry with Big-4 public accounting firms as well as assisting AIG in its newly restructured tax department. Sy is a licensed NYS attorney and CPA. He graduated with honors from New York Law School and has an MBA from Pace University Lubin School of Business.

Leah Lang is the Head of Administration at Lion Citi. She is currently responsible for managing the schedule and communication of key executives. Additionally, she oversees all facilities and arranges meetings and events. Leah is an integral part of the company's philanthropic efforts and oversees millions of dollars in charitable donations on an annual basis.

Isaac Lifshitz is a seasoned professional, bringing more than a decade of expertise in real estate. Prior to his time advising Lion Citi, Isaac worked for Meridian Capital Group's headquarters in NYC, where he secured billions of dollars in debt transactions, leveraging his extensive network and industry knowledge to secure favorable terms. Isaac possesses a keen eye for identifying lucrative investment opportunities and structuring financing solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each project.

Isaac earned his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jay Eisenstadt

Jay Eisenstadt is a Founding Managing Partner at Lion Citi Ventures. Formerly a partner at Argent Ventures, a vertically-integrated, diversified real estate investment and development firm, he had formal oversight over deal sourcing, acquisitions, investor relations, client communications, and equity sourcing.

Mr. Eisenstadt holds a CPA license and graduated Summa Cum Laude from both Touro College (BS Accounting) and NYU Stern School of Business (MBA Finance).
