Transformed a student housing property through a comprehensive gut renovation in the heart of downtown Baltimore, MD.
Led an investor group in a Florida land purchase, rezoning and resale. Closed July 2022.
Initiated the purchase and development of 300 single and double-family homes in central Florida starting in 2020.

Acquired and financed 12 NY assisted living facilities beginning in 2018.
Purchased and operated 2 assisted living facilities in Florida, July 2020.
